We take the care of our residents and staff very seriously. We are implementing the most up-to-date guidance, recommendations, and restrictions issued by the CDC, CMS, and state and local agencies. The following are a few such examples we would like to share with you. Our mitigation strategies implemented to prevent and reduce the risk of transmission are in line with the most current government guidance. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time as, per these guidelines, our center is restricting the visitation of ALL visitors to our center except for certain compassionate care and special consideration situations, such as an end-of-life.
In those limited cases, visitors will be screened per the government guidelines. If they meet the criteria, visitors will be asked to perform hand hygiene and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as face masks. Visitors will be limited to the specific room/area identified by our staff only.
